Hey, gorgeous! How
would you love to say good bye to yo-yo dieting for ever, let go of the link between your emotions and food, accept your body in the shape that it is and get on with your life without worrying about every last morsel that passes your lips?
I know right now you’re being bombarded with messages about how you can be more confident and happier if you follow some diet and restrict your eating. And I know just how tempting it is to jump on board thinking that maybe this time things will be different, you’ll fix your eating, lose loads of weight and your life will suddenly be wonderful.
But really, I want you to remember just how miserable you felt last time you failed at dieting and to know that it’s not you, it’s the diet that just isn’t addressing the real reason your eating is out of control.
Because, I’ve been there and I know; your meals are probably really healthy, you know that eating cakes and chocolates every time you feel down isn’t really good for you but you also don’t really know how to stop doing it.
Each time it happens you feel disgusted and sick but then next time you feel bored or sad or worried or stressed about something it just seems to happen all over again.
I know, because I’ve been there. I’ve been that mum who hides in the pantry eating a whole box of Jaffa cakes when life got tough but I didn’t want my kids to know.
I’ve been that girl who ate through an entire cheesecake when I’ve had bad news.
And I’ve been that woman who’s tempted to go back to the diet because it ‘worked last time’ only to discover that it’s the failing at the diet that’s making me more miserable than being fat.
But what if you could fix that battle between your mind and your body?
What if, after years of starving yourself on one diet or another, in between bouts of eating whatever you want and feeling disgusted and sick to the stomach with yourself, you're ready to take the plunge, step off the diet treadmill and find a better, peaceful way of healing the relationships you have with food and your body.
So that now, instead of hating your body as you squeeze it into clothes you hate the look and feel of, you can start to make peace with it, maybe even start to like it and definitely stop hating it.
You're ready to accept that the only thing dieting has ever done for you is to make you gain weight, fear food and be miserable.
You're ready to feel happy, to stop allowing your life to revolve around food and start feeling fulfilled and dare you dream it, happy.
What if you’re ready to release your Beautiful Swan into the world?

Hi, I'm Rachel Swann, Emotional Eating and Body Confidence coach and I empower women like you to express yourself fully and feel confident and heard so that you can break free from the shackles of food and body image with no guilt, stress or dieting.
I've worked with women like you for nearly 7 years, having struggled with my own relationship with food for over 15 years before that and I can offer you the very best support when it comes to developing a normal relationship with food, a growing acceptance of your body and learning about the link between your general fulfilment in life and the way it impacts on your eating habits.
My acclaimed Beautiful Swans group coaching programme reflects my own ongoing journey of personal and professional development, using a number of techniques and therapies so that we can create and curate a journey and a programme that is personal to you.
By combining a number of different approaches and tailoring the programme to you we absolutely get to the core of why you’ve been a ‘diet industry sweetheart’ for so long and help you to finally break free, once and for all.
What do other people say about the Beautiful Swans programme?
“I wasn’t in a good place when I came to Beautiful Swans. I just hated myself and had a chaotic relationship with food.
Having just completed the twelve week course, I am in a much better frame of mind and thanks to Rachel’s guidance and support, I now have the tools I need to move forward and I feel as if my mind and body are no longer battling against each other.
The program is not a quick fix but it’s about taking some time to look inwards, to re-evaluate your relationship with food and yourself and its whole ethos is something that you can take with you through life.
Rachel has been in the same situation as many people that go to her and knew exactly where I was coming from. Her support and tools included on the program such as workbooks and journals were invaluable in helping me see where I needed to make changes. I will continue to use them to make sure I am keeping the momentum up.
I see Beautiful Swans as one of the most important investments in myself that I have ever made. I’m learning to be a friend to myself and I am honestly so glad I did it. Thank you Rachel.”

“I’d like to say a big thank-you to sweet Rachel Swann. I purchased Rachel’s Beautiful Swans programme and although I’m pretty slow in the process, it’s already proving useful.
Yesterday morning I had a 30-minute coaching call with her, to work on issues arising from the Beautiful Swans programme. We actually uncovered something pretty mahoosive relating to why I have weight issues, and she skilfully helped me to put this into context and gave me a few pointers on next steps.
I’ve battled quietly with an eating disorder for over 30 years. In one 30-minute session, Rachel managed to answer a few questions I didn’t even know I had … and with knowledge, comes power and freedom. Thank you so much, Rachel, for your support, gentle nature and compassion; you are a fabulous coach and hypnotherapist, and I’d definitely recommend your Beautiful Swans programme – thank you! X

We'll work together over the course of 3 months to repair your relationships with food and your body and to look at how you can implement tiny changes in your life so that you feel more fulfilled and stop relying on food to make you feel happy.
By focusing on you and the way you take care of yourself we start to unravel years of damage caused by diets, media influence and society which has led you to develop a disordered way of eating and a hatred of your body.
With my support, a community of likeminded women, weekly live coaching sessions and weekly accountability, by the end of the 3rd month you will have transformed your relationships with food, body and soul and begun to create new habits that will support you going forwards.
Whilst we focus on your beliefs around food and eating we’ll also be looking at your self care and the kind of changes you’d like to make in your life. We'll be tackling some big emotions such as guilt, shame and fear, so we'll also be giving ourselves a lot of TLC!
We’ll also be looking at how you feel about your body, focusing on acceptance rather than love to start off with and I’ll encourage you to think about how you can look after it rather than change it.
We’ll talk about exercise in a totally different way than you've ever looked at it before - no Lycra unless you really want it!
Can you imagine what it would be like to:
-
have a full toolkit to deal with whatever life throws at you, without resorting to food to make you feel better?
-
enjoy food, eating exactly what you want and loving each mouthful?
-
feel good about your body and get dressed in clothes you loved and felt good in every single morning?
-
get up every day and just get on with living a fulfilled life, not weighed down by your worry about food and your body?
If that sounds like the programme you’ve been waiting for then I’d love to have you on board with us!

Why work with me?
- Because I’ve been where you are now and I want to show you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
- Because I will challenge anyone who says that you have to be skinny to be healthy, attractive or happy.
- Because I want you to succeed!
My journey with emotional eating started at the age of 20 after a particularly traumatic event which left me lacking confidence, scared of my own shadow and unable to leave the house on my own.
With a boyfriend who worked nights, I relied on my flatmate for support. We’d go to the supermarket and buy comfort food and alcohol so that I could eat away the awful emotions that I was feeling at the time.
I’m not sure how I came out of that time, it seems like such a blur now but the one thing that never went away was my desire to eat every time things got difficult or stressful. And an extra couple of stone that I just couldn’t shift permanently, no matter how many diets I tried.
You see, over the next 15 years as I battled with my weight, yo-yoing up and down, even qualifying as a consultant for one of the big UK slimming companies, I never associated my eating with my emotions.
I tried everything, from the Hip & Thigh diet to slimming pills, shakes and Aloe Vera gel to off the shelf hypnotherapy products.
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom emotionally that I realised that my feelings and my eating were tied together and if I could get a handle on coping with my emotions I could get a handle on my eating habits too.
The last 7 years have been a journey of personal and professional development. Using my teaching skills (yes, I used to teach 5 year olds) and new hypnotherapy skills, I set up in business helping women like you to understand the connections between their emotions and their relationship with themselves and their eating habits.
I have continued to add more therapies and learning to my practice but the underlying key is holding space for you to discover how to create a fulfilled life on your terms and the tools and skills to cope with it without using food.
I’ve helped some women lose weight but I’ve helped more women to feel empowered about their abilities to cope with whatever life throws at them and to know that their value is not tied up in their weight or their jeans size.
I’ve been featured in Families Magazine, the Yorkshire Evening Post and on BBC Radio.
Here's what previous clients have to say
After years of over eating and a poor body image, Rachel helped me to realise that my core issue was my inability to trust my body’s natural hunger signals. I’ve since learnt to tune into both my hunger and satisfaction levels, and also to listen to what my body is telling me to eat. I now enjoy my meals and I leave the table feeling good instead of bloated and unhappy.
Rachel also taught me that one of the main reasons I struggled with my weight was my inability to put my needs before any one else’s; so not making time for a walk or taking a proper lunch break.Rachel helped me to realise that taking care of ME was very important and it would lead to me being better able to take care of my family.
I really enjoyed working with Rachel. Her approach is authentic and practical but also inspirational.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is suffering alone with poor body image or a lack of confidence. She will show you a better way to live, which will ultimately lead to a happier outlook on your life.
Leila, London
At the start I asked a lot of questions because I wasn’t sure if Rachel’s service was right for me. She was patient and really responsive and reassuring.
I thought I knew myself pretty well and what my issues were but by working with Rachel I found that things I thought were insignificant were having a huge impact on my life.
My first goal was to lose my emotional relationship with food and end my constant battle with food and I have really moved forward on that. I really appreciated the coaching aspect and not just the hypnotherapy and I really value that.
Working with Rachel has been a really great investment on a personal level.
Kirsty, Leeds
Rachel has a huge number of practical techniques that are easy to remember and use and I have been hugely impressed by the results. I continue to use these myself and to try to adopt her measured approach to view things more clearly: these continue to provide me with a happier, calmer and more confident approach to life.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel’s skills and can’t praise her highly enough.
