Hey lovely, how would you like to be able to let go of yo-yo dieting and develop a healthy relationship with food, easily and forever, so that you always feel energised and healthy?
How would it feel to really get a handle on your eating and know that you were supporting your body and your health each time you filled your plate?
How would it be to know that no food had a hold of you and each day you could eat exactly the kinds of food you want to making you feel light and full of sparkle from the inside, out?
I know that what you really want to do is lose weight and that you’ve tried dieting over and over again. You may even have had some success but it’s always the same: you lose focus, get a craving, fall off the wagon and over time any weight you’ve lost just piles back on (and sometimes more).
I know that you want to be able to lose it all, look and feel amazing and never have to diet again (in fact you probably have an old photo you’re desperately trying to get back to).
I know that in an ideal world you’d choose a diet, stick to the plan, lose all the weight and life would be perfect.
But I also know that this isn’t an ideal world.
But before you run off to the supermarket to buy the biggest cheesecake you can find to drown your sorrows, I want to let you know about my programme Food Without Fear.
What is 'Food Without Fear'?
Food Without Fear is a 4 week programme that will support you in understanding why restrictive ‘weight loss’ diets haven’t worked in the past and how they have created the difficult relationship you now have with food.
We'll discover which foods you have a difficult relationship with, which you may be fearful of and which you may have a love/hate relationship with.
We’ll work together to create a better relationship with food, to remove any negative associations you have with certain foods and to empower you to know exactly what kinds of food nourish and energise your body (it’s not the same for everyone) and the kinds of foods you want to eat.
We’ll look at the factors preventing you from eating that way, the habits you’ve formed and what’s going on for you behind the scenes when you self sabotage.
I’ll support you to create the conditions in your life that will allow you to eat in a relaxed and trusting way, easily, with no extra effort, day in day out.
I’ll help you to redesign your eating habits, support you in meal planning and give you the tools to live and eat this way for ever.
Hi, I'm Rachel Swann, Emotional Eating and Body Confidence coach and I empower women like you to express yourself fully and feel confident and heard so that you can break free from the shackles of food and body image with no guilt, stress or dieting.
I've worked with women like you for nearly 7 years, having struggled with my own relationship with food for over 15 years before that and I can offer you the very best support when it comes to developing a normal relationship with food.
My programme, Food Without Fear, focuses on discovering why you've sabotaged yourself in the past, what you need to do to have a healthy relationship with food, what obstacles you have around food and creating a supportive, non-patronising, sticker and certificate free environment for you to retrain your brain and reclaim your power when it comes to food.
How the programme works
Each week, we'll meet in a Facebook group for a live class where I'll walk you through the process and the content for the week. If you can't watch live you can catch up later and ask questions whenever you need to. There are accompanying worksheets and resources associated with each different week that you'll be able to download, keep and re-use whenever you need to.
Understand your relationship with food, why it is the way it is and what to do to change it for the better
Learn how to eat each and every day in a way that supports your health, your lifestyle and your goals so that you can design your own eating plan
Identify the blocks and obstacles to you eating the way you want to and have the tools to smash through them
You'll have a plan, a goal and a diet (in the broadest sense of the word) completely designed by you, for you
In addition to all this, if you sign up before 16th May, I am also adding in 3 Bonus Mp3 Hypnosis recordings covering:
- Boosting your belief in your ability to change your eating habits (to supplement week 1)
- Making better food choices (making week 2 more effective)
- Ending Emotional Eating (supporting week 3)
These recordings sell for £27 each but if you join Food Without Fear before May 17th, 2018, you'll get them all gifted to you.
If that sounds like something you're interested in then I have a very special offer for you in May 2018!
This course usually sells for £99 (or 3 x £33) but this May you can get the course for only £39.

What previous clients have said
I have tried ALL the diets in the past and never really understood why they didn't work for me. I wanted something that would really change my eating habits for life. This course with Rachel's support encouraged me to examine my relationship with food and why I had formed some of the habits that I most wanted to change. It was really like a switch flipped. I am learning more and more to listen to my body and sometimes if it says I would like cake - that is OK - to go ahead and enjoy it. This feeling of control over my food choices is so freeing. I now meal plan which has overcome some of my blocks that had me reaching for the takeaway menu (even if I didn't really want it) instead of cooking. I thoroughly recommend this course and look forward to further working with Rachel in The Nest.

After years of over eating and a poor body image, Rachel helped me to realise that my core issue was my inability to trust my body's natural hunger signals. I've since learnt to tune into both my hunger and satisfaction levels, and also to listen to what my body is telling me to eat. I now enjoy my meals and I leave the table feeling good instead of bloated and unhappy.
Our work so far... for weight-loss has encouraged me to examine in a different way my attitudes to food and eating, and begin to discover more accurately where my problems lie... Rachel has a huge number of practical techniques that are easy to remember and use and I have been hugely impressed by the results... I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel's skills and can't praise her highly enough.

- Because I’ve been where you are now and I want to show you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
- Because I will challenge anyone who says that you have to be skinny to be healthy, attractive or happy.
- Because I want you to succeed!
My journey with dieting started at the age of 19 and for 17 years my weight fluctuated as I dieted and binged, battled with my weight, yo-yoing up and down, even qualifying as a consultant for one of the big UK slimming companies.
I tried everything, from the Hip & Thigh diet to slimming pills, shakes and Aloe Vera gel to off the shelf hypnotherapy products, but the harder I worked to lose it the more the weight just kept piling on. So, I set out to understand why I just couldn't stick to a diet and find a way to eat well without the deprivation-binge cycle.
The last 7 years have been a journey of personal and professional development. Using my teaching skills (yes, I used to teach 5 year olds) psychological understanding and therapy skills, I set up in business helping women like you to understand their relationship with food, and their eating habits.
What I know now is that in order to begin a journey of weight loss, you first need to understand why you eat the way you do and what you need to do to change your behaviour.
Yes, I’ve helped women to lose weight but I’ve helped more women to feel empowered around food, to develop a way of eating that isn't binge or deprivation and to end the yo-yo diet habit and retrain your brain to develop a healthy balanced approach to food and body.
I’ve been featured in Families Magazine, the Yorkshire Evening Post and on BBC Radio.
