My clients’ transformations are deeply personal. Clients typically experience resistance to losing weight, a deep seated fear of being seen and issues that have begun in childhood or adolescence. Whilst they achieve great results and are keen to recommend me, they may not wish to be identified.
Some of these messages share the details of the internal struggles that clients have faced and I am grateful to them for that.

I wanted to work on raising my confidence when attending an interview for a new job. Having prepared thoroughly for the interview, I still felt that I didn’t know enough and that I was not ready for the interview. However, by following the ideas in Rachel’s recording, I was able to not focus on these perceived shortcomings and was able to attend the interview feeling confident in my own image and abilities.
I met several people during the interview process and I was able to give a winning impression to all of those people; one even commented that I came across as very confident! I’ve found working with Rachel hugely rewarding both in terms of coaching and hypnotherapy. She is immensely approachable and understanding and I have found her very easy to talk to. She continues to make committed effort to find strategies that work for me and to get to know my issues better.
