Are you fed up of dieting but don’t really know how to regulate your eating without one?
Do you want to learn how to be happy in your own skin with other women of all shapes and sizes?
Do you want to let go of your dependency on food to make you feel better about yourself?
Do you want to lose the attachment to losing weight and dieting, allowing what will be to happen naturally but all the while, starting to love your life massively?
Are you looking for a community of like minded women trying to fix their relationship with food without a restrictive diet?
Do you want a place to go where you can learn more about eating well and trusting your body to guide your food choices?
When you make the decision that dieting just isn’t giving you exactly what you need, isn’t supporting your health, isn’t helping you lose weight and keep it off and isn’t making you feel better about your body it can sometimes feel like you’ve been cast adrift.
You know what you don’t want but you’re not sure what it is that you do want or need.
That safety net of the group environment and the weekly accountability and ideas base can seem all too tempting to go back to.
After all, you’ve got a community of people all going through the ups and downs with you, you’ve got a weekly meeting to talk about how things have gone for you and you’ve got an experienced supporter helping you, guiding you and just being on your side.
In fact, if it weren’t for the fact that diets just don’t work it might seem like the ideal environment for you!
That’s why I’d love you to join us in The Nest!
For just £15 a month you can join The Nest and be a part of a community of women who are ready to leave diets and body shame behind, creating new ways of eating well, caring for our bodies and learning to love ourselves healthy and happy.
I’ve created The Nest for women like you, who are ready to leave dieting behind because you know they don’t work but you still want to work on loving the skin you’re in, eating well and creating a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
The thing is we are not a diet club.
Unlike diet clubs we are not here to criticise your food choices, embarrass you, weigh you or sell you overpriced proprietary fake foods that leave a nasty taste in your mouth. There are no patronising certificates or stickers and definitely no scales.
I get it. When you’ve been used to being a part of a group, with people going through exactly what you’re going through around you to support and motivate you, you can begin to feel isolated when you leave the fold.
In fact when you leave the security and familiarity of that group environment then you can feel constantly tempted to go back, just because it’s familiar and friendly.
That’s where The Nest comes in.
The Nest is my newest addition to the Beautiful Swans approach and I’m building a group of women all going through the same experience; all ready to leave dieting behind and explore their relationship with food, build new habits that support their health and support each other along the way.
It might be that you’re a mum, a teacher or even a grandma and you don’t want the children around you to be exposed to your continuous food struggles. Especially if you have girls, the Nest will help you navigate your own feelings around food and your body and support you in developing healthy attitudes to body and food with your family.
The Nest is a totally new approach, giving you a truly supportive environment to test out new ways of eating, a personalised approach to your health & fitness and tons of up to the minute info about food, eating, body confidence & fun ways to move and care for your body.
Each month we’ll have live classes, new ideas, new resources and tried & tested tools to help you live your best life, regardless of your shape and size.
The Nest is accessible all of the time, no waiting for the next weigh in day to ‘get back on track’ because we’re here to cheer you on and keep you being kind to yourself whenever you need us.
There’s no bad or good weeks because you can access the group and the support whenever you need it.
My name is Rachel Swann and my mission is to reach as many women as I can to allow you to break free of the shackles of yo-yo dieting, to repair your relationship with food, to grow unshakeable body confidence and to start living your life on your terms and to teach you how to do all that by relentlessly loving yourself.
I get great results with my one to one and signature programme clients but I know that those programmes are not for everyone.
The Nest is my way of being able to reach more women like you who will really benefit from this supportive environment and from the things I have to offer and to allow you to dip your toe in to see exactly how I can help you, at a really accessible price.
And because we’re online you only have to step out of the shadows and be seen when you’re ready to do so. No one will know how much you weigh, what you eat, what size you are unless you really want them to. It’s like wearing an invisibility cloak until you’re confident enough to be seen.
So what do you get as a member?

In addition we’ll be looking at ways to feel good in your body no matter what shape or size it is right now and how to make it even healthier, stronger and supportive to your needs.
The beauty of an online group? You don’t need a babysitter because you don’t need to leave the house. You don’t even need to be in a certain place at a certain time. All you need is a wifi connection and a Facebook account and you can drop in an out as often as you like, whenever it fits into your life (instead of you taking time out of it).
And you get all this for £15 a month – no minimum term, no tie in, cancel whenever you like.
If you’re even slightly curious then what have you got to lose?
The full cost of membership to The Nest is £15 per month for the lifetime of your membership (even if I increase the price for new joiners)!
That's the equivalent of 2 bottles of wine a month or a 'meal deal' lunch a week.
What are you waiting for?
Potential, possibility, healthy habits, fulfilment, bossing your self care, increased confidence and a whole new sassy you are only a click away.
- Because I’ve been where you are now and I want to show you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
- Because I will challenge anyone who says that you have to be skinny to be healthy, attractive or happy.
- Because I want you to succeed!
My journey with emotional eating started at the age of 20 after a particularly traumatic event which left me lacking confidence, scared of my own shadow and unable to leave the house on my own.
With a boyfriend who worked nights, I relied on my flatmate for support. We’d go to the supermarket and buy comfort food and alcohol so that I could eat away the awful emotions that I was feeling at the time.
I’m not sure how I came out of that time, it seems like such a blur now but the one thing that never went away was my desire to eat every time things got difficult or stressful. And an extra couple of stone that I just couldn’t shift permanently, no matter how many diets I tried.
You see, over the next 15 years as I battled with my weight, yo-yoing up and down, even qualifying as a consultant for one of the big UK slimming companies, I never associated my eating with my emotions.
I tried everything, from the Hip & Thigh diet to slimming pills, shakes and Aloe Vera gel to off the shelf hypnotherapy products.
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom emotionally that I realised that my feelings and my eating were tied together and if I could get a handle on coping with my emotions I could get a handle on my eating habits too.
The last 7 years have been a journey of personal and professional development. Using my teaching skills (yes, I used to teach 5 year olds) and new hypnotherapy skills, I set up in business helping women like you to understand the connections between their emotions and their relationship with themselves and their eating habits.
I have continued to add more therapies and learning to my practice but the underlying key is holding space for you to discover how to create a fulfilled life on your terms and the tools and skills to cope with it without using food.
I’ve helped some women lose weight but I’ve helped more women to feel empowered about their abilities to cope with whatever life throws at them and to know that their value is not tied up in their weight or their jeans size.
I’ve been featured in Families Magazine, the Yorkshire Evening Post and on BBC Radio.
What previous clients say...
Rachel has a huge number of practical techniques that are easy to remember and use and I have been hugely impressed by the results. I continue to use these myself and to try to adopt her measured approach to view things more clearly: these continue to provide me with a happier, calmer and more confident approach to life.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel's skills and can't praise her highly enough.
After years of over eating and a poor body image, Rachel helped me to realise that my core issue was my inability to trust my body's natural hunger signals. I've since learnt to tune into both my hunger and satisfaction levels, and also to listen to what my body is telling me to eat. I now enjoy my meals and I leave the table feeling good instead of bloated and unhappy.
Rachel also taught me that one of the main reasons I struggled with my weight was my inability to put my needs before any one else's; so not making time for a walk or taking a proper lunch break .Rachel helped me to realise that taking care of ME was very important and it would lead to me being better able to take care of my family.
I've realised that by doing little things just for me, leads to my feeling good about myself and then sets up a positive chain of thoughts and actions.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is suffering alone with poor body image or a lack of confidence. She will show you a better way to live, which will ultimately lead to a happier outlook on your life.
